We had a great stay in this hotel. The location was perfect as it offered beautiful views of the lake and was away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were incredibly hospitable, attending to our every need and serving us tea in the common areas. Besides, the Sri Lankan breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were very spacious with a super comfy bed. the hotel was clean, and the facilities were fantastic.
Could not be improved in any way.

This hotel is located near the town, allowing visitors to enjoy both the peace and beauty of nature and the liveliness of the city. Guests can enjoy a beautiful lake view from their bedroom windows and some rooms come with a kettle and tea/coffee making kit. the Management provides room heaters to keep you warm and offers delicious meals cooked by their talented chefs.
One aspect of the hotel was found to be lacking by some visitors, based on their reviews.

Enjoyed Easter weekend at a cozy hotel with stunning lake and garden views. the location was perfect, only a short walk from the central town. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was exceptional, catering to both Sri Lankan and Western tastes. the homely feel of the hotel was complemented by the decor, which was tastefully done.
The room was on the smaller side and lacked space for a family, but it was well furnished and clean. the bathroom could have been cleaner and the toilet did not flush as well as it could have.

This hidden gem offered a peaceful sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the city. The stunning view of the lake and the mountain range was breathtaking and the sunny garden was the perfect spot to relax. The freshly prepared food was a highlight, with a great selection of local options and European breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.
The chilly weather was a little uncomfortable, but they had provided heaters which helped. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but we still had a comfortable stay.
